Who we are
MEE Consultancy are a team of experienced facilitators and executive coaches with an understanding of the opportunities and challenges faced by leadership and management teams today. The team are accredited practitioners of globally recognised learning and development models, as well as psychometric assessments widely used within both team and individual development.
Founder, Kate Pheasant, spent 24 years working for a blue-chip pharmaceutical company before establishing MEE Consultancy in 2011. For most of her career, Kate has created people development programmes in areas including personal, team, and leadership development. She works closely with senior management to develop and deliver programmes regionally, nationally, and internationally to support the successful delivery of business goals, develop and sustain high performance, and drive effective change.
At MEE Consultancy, Kate brings her enthusiasm and energy to work in partnership with our clients across the public, private, and non-profit sectors. Kate and the MEE Consultancy team pride themselves on helping the world’s leading companies get the very best from their people at work.
