Part 3: What next?

You will learn a lot about yourself by reading and reflecting on your profile, and during your workshop or coaching session. The learning doesn't stop there! We offer all sorts of different sessions and activities to build on your initial understanding of Insights Discovery (everything from building team effectiveness to different leadership styles).

Questions to Follow a Workshop/ Coaching Session​

  1. What are your key actions post the workshop/coaching session?

  2. How motivated to you feel to achieve your actions?

  3. How do you feel now about 'x' weakness or blind spot?

  4. Do you have everything you need to work on this? If not, what more do you need?

  5. Is there anyone else in the team who you can use to support? How can you set this up?

  6. How do you think your actions will support our overall team's performance?
