Part 3: What next?

You will learn a lot about yourself by reading and reflecting on your profile, and during your workshop or coaching session. The learning doesn't stop there! We offer all sorts of different sessions and activities to build on your initial understanding of Insights Discovery (everything from building team effectiveness to channelling different leadership styles, and thriving through change).

You can also keep learning about yourself and developing in your day to day role. You can find below some coaching questions that you, your manager/coach, and your colleagues might find useful.

  2. What are your strengths?

  3. What areas would you like to work on?

  4. Who will you share your communication do's and don'ts with?

  5. What support do you need? From who?

Questions to Follow a Workshop/ Coaching Session​

  1. What is your top insight or takeaway?

  2. What are your 1-3 actions or repeatable behaviours/habits you will commit to?

  3. On a scale of 1-10, how motivated do you feel to take action?

  4. Do you have all the tools, information and resources you need to effectively work on this? If not, what more do you need?

  5. Who on your team could provide helpful support or accountability? How can you set this up?

  6. How do you think your action or new behaviours/habits will positively impact your relationships and performance?
